The first 5-star complex - “The Fives Azul Beach Resort” - opened in 2006 and is managed by the prestigious hotel chain, Karisma.
The Fives Dowtown Hotel & Residences Curio Collection by Hilton
Our second hotel - “The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences Curio Collection by Hilton” was opened in December 2017 and is considered to be the first urban boutique hotel anywhere in Riviera Maya, offering 133 luxury rooms under the Hilton brand. With this second hotel, TM Real Estate Group has the additional role of hotel operator and manager.
