Mar Holidays is the company’s holiday rentals division, offering high-quality tourist accommodation and a broad range of services to meet every possible need of our Spanish and international customers in the best destinations on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, the Balearic Islands and the Mexican Caribbean.

Mar Holidays Spain offers our customers the ability to monetise their properties by renting them out, while we take responsibility for managing each property's maintenance services. This is a new concept whereby the client enjoys all the advantages of owning a property but is treated like a hotel guest when occupying it.

Through Mar Holidays Caribe, we manage reservations in our two hotel complexes in Playa del Carmen, the Fives Azul Beach Resort and the Fives Downtown Hotel, offering clients a broad range of bespoke services.
